Refund Policy

Made by Shemar themes are digital products sold by BARTIER LLC. Delivery is access to the Flora and Side B theme files. Nothing physical ships.

Theme purchases

Digital theme purchases are generally non-refundable once access or download has been provided, subject to applicable law. If you have not yet received access, reach us at madebyshemar.com and we will look at the order.

If applicable law in your place of residence requires a refund right for digital goods, that law controls. EU/UK consumers may have a withdrawal right unless they expressly consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that the right is lost once delivery starts.

Paid services

Install, setup, extra-store, and other paid service work:

• Full refund if we have not started the work
• No refund for completed, delivered, or approved work
• No refund for a change of mind after work starts
• If we decline a job before work starts, we refund that service fee

Taxes on refunds

If Shopify issues a refund, any tax collected on that order is handled in Shopify’s refund. We do not calculate or add a separate tax line.

Chargebacks

Contact us before you open a payment dispute. A chargeback on delivered work ends any remaining help on that order. We will contest the dispute with the order record.
