Theme License

This license is granted by BARTIER LLC, doing business as Made by Shemar (“we,” “us”), when you purchase a theme. It is a license to use the theme. It is not a transfer of ownership, copyright, or source-code rights. Payment is acceptance of this license and the Terms.

One purchase. One storefront.

Each theme purchase grants a license to use that theme on one Shopify storefront. The license also covers that store’s own unpublished previews and development themes. A second, unrelated storefront requires another purchase.

Extra store licenses are available. Contact bartier.nyc.

Upload the zip in Shopify Admin: Online Store → Themes → Add theme → Upload zip. You may edit the theme on the licensed store.

What you are buying

You are buying a license to use a digital theme product. You are not buying BARTIER LLC’s intellectual property outright. Work stays the property of BARTIER LLC.

A Castle purchase includes the Flora zip and the Side B zip. A BUZZ purchase includes the BUZZ zip and the Bartier zip. Each is for that one license.

A theme purchase does not include:

• Install, setup, content entry, or custom code unless purchased separately
• Shopify subscription, apps, domains, or other third-party fees
• Ongoing maintenance or updates unless listed
• Custom design, new features, or store-specific development

What you may not do

The theme may not be:

• Redistributed
• Resold
• Shared publicly
• Sublicensed
• Copied for multiple unrelated storefronts
• Uploaded to theme marketplaces or repositories for redistribution
• Used to claim authorship of the original theme
• Used to build a competing theme product

The license is non-transferable.

Delivery

Themes are digital products. Nothing physical ships. After purchase we email a link to Account. Open it with the checkout email. We send a Retrieval Code to that email when you request it. Bind one production myshopify domain. That domain and a unique fingerprint are stamped into every zip you download. There is no remote kill switch.

Support

Included:

• Issues caused by the original Made by Shemar theme code
• Reasonable installation and access help

Not automatically included:

• Custom design work
• Custom feature development
• Third-party app modifications
• Store-specific development
• Modifications made by you or another developer

Paid help is available through bartier.nyc.

Other terms

Digital products are sold as is, except for the support above. We do not guarantee sales, traffic, conversion, Shopify approval, compatibility with every third-party app, or any business result.

This license is governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Purchases are also subject to the Terms and Refund Policy. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.
