This policy covers the Made by Shemar themes website operated by BARTIER LLC, doing business as Made by Shemar. Checkout is processed by Shopify.
Information we collect
We collect what is needed to sell and deliver a digital theme:
- Email address used at checkout and for account access
- Order details from Shopify
- The myshopify domain you bind to a license
- Messages you send us
Shopify collects payment and checkout information on its own platform. We do not store full payment card numbers.
How we use it
- To fulfill the order and send download instructions
- To send a Retrieval Code when you sign in to Account
- To bind a license to one storefront
- To provide access help and support
- To keep records of purchases and licenses
We do not sell personal information.
Processors
We use companies that process information on our behalf to run this shop:
- Shopify — checkout, payments, and order records
- Supabase — account sign-in (email passcodes) and license records
- Vercel — website hosting and page-view analytics
- Google Fonts — type served from Google’s CDN on this site
Shopify sets its own cookies during checkout. Those processors have their own privacy terms.

We use cookies to keep you signed in to Account and, when the Themes area is private, to remember that you entered the access password. Those cookies are set by this site.

We keep license and order records as long as needed to honor the license, prevent reuse across storefronts, and meet legal obligations.
